Do I need an account to order? No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track your Founding Member status and Repeat Buyer codes.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Only before it's dispatched. Email us as soon as possible at [support email] with your order number. We'll do our best, but can't guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Sizing & fit
How do your pieces fit? All pieces are cut oversized by design. If you prefer a closer fit, size down. Check the size chart on each product page. Measurements are taken flat, in inches.
I'm between two sizes, what should I do? We recommend sizing up to preserve the intended oversized drape.
Shipping
How long does delivery take? 7 to 10 within India. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally? No . If yes, note customs duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Product care
How do I wash my Azadi piece? [Cold wash, inside out, avoid direct heat on embroidery/print. Adjust to your actual care instructions.] This helps preserve the screen print, embroidery, and signature scent.
Will the scent fade? It's designed to hold through normal wear and wash, though intensity may soften slightly over time. That's part of it being a natural, garment-carried scent rather than a spray-on one.
Returns & exchanges

What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll sort a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

What is Founding Member status? Anyone who buys from our first drop gets a permanent Founding Member tag on their account, recognition for backing Azadi before anyone else did.
How does the Repeat Buyer Rewards program work? Your second order earns you ₹200 off your next purchase, and every order after that can earn another code. You can hold multiple codes, but only one applies per order.
