2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

All designs, images, and descriptions on the Site are for illustrative purposes. Actual colour may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting during photography.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue designs, or modify specifications (e.g., fabric, print technique) without prior notice, particularly for future drops.
Sizing is oversized by design. Refer to the size chart before ordering.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout.
We accept payment via [UPI / cards / net banking / wallets] through our payment gateway partner.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund issued.

5. Orders & cancellations

An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Once an order enters processing/dispatch, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed; delays due to courier partners or circumstances beyond our control are possible.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Founding Member & loyalty programs

Founding Member status is granted to buyers from our first drop and is non-transferable.
Repeat Buyer discount codes are single-use, cannot be combined beyond the stated limit (one code per order), and have no cash value.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue loyalty program terms with reasonable notice.

8. User content ("Worn by You")

By submitting a photo via our QR code / "Worn by You" program, you grant Azadi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content on our website, Editorial, and social channels, with credit where reasonably possible. You confirm you have the right to submit the image and that it doesn't infringe on any third party's rights.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, copy, and imagery on this Site are the property of Azadi and/or its artists and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Azadi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products, beyond the value of the order in question.
